We want you to love your botanicals, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box to prevent damage to delicate stems or vases during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
